    Very happy with the machine so far. It’s very easy to use, and when you press the start button there’s no delay—it starts right up immediately.

    This was a replacement for another brand that arrived defective, and this unit has worked flawlessly. I’ve used it about five times so far and it produces ice quickly and consistently.

    It’s best to transfer the ice to the freezer as it’s made to prevent it from melting, but overall performance has been excellent.     Another cool thing is how easy it is to maintain. The self cleaning is great, and I don’t have to deal with any hassle when it comes to keeping everything fresh. It’s also pretty quiet when it runs, which is a big deal for me, cause i have it on the counter. & that caused another concern if it was too big for my counter as it can be used comercially to a water line also, but it’s super convenient for home countertop just fill it with water manually. Overall, this ice maker has made my whiskey nights so much better. Totally worth it!
